Gua-Sha Body

Eastern practice which involves rubbing (Gua) a tool on the legs from bottom to top, with the aim of stimulating blood flow (Sha), awakening the connective tissue and softening it. Adipose tissues and excess liquids are moved, favoring their elimination and improvement of the skin's texture.
