Sensi Skinfood Gift Card
A digital gift card to share Sensi Skinfood® face, body and massage treatments at our studio in central Turin — and our full cosmetics range on the online shop.
Choose the amount, add an optional name for the recipient and complete the purchase: you receive the gift card code by email immediately after payment, ready to forward.
Valid 3 months from the purchase date, redeemable in full or in parts, at the studio in Via Maria Vittoria 41, Turin or online.
We add it to the order notes to personalise the gift card.

Useful information
- Validity: 3 months from the issue date
- The gift card is valid for 3 months from the purchase date. The expiry is shown in the email with the code. After that date it can no longer be redeemed or refunded.
- Where it works
- At the studio on all face and body treatments, and online on the shop for the full Sensi Skinfood® cosmetics range.
- How to redeem at the studio
- Book the treatment and at payment show the code (from your phone or printed). We apply it to your client record.
- How to redeem booking online
- While booking on this site, at the Your details step you will find the field Have a gift card?: enter the code and the amount is deducted from the treatment total. Any difference is settled at the studio.
- How to redeem on the online shop
- At shop checkout enter the code in the "Gift card or discount code" field: the amount is deducted from the total.
- Remaining balance
- If the treatment or order costs less than the gift card, the remaining credit stays usable with the same code until expiry.
- If the amount is not enough
- You pay the difference with the method you prefer. Multiple gift cards cannot be combined on the same online order.
- Non-refundable, no cash conversion
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or replaced once purchased.
- Bespoke amounts
- Preset denominations are € 60, € 170, € 200, € 250 and € 500, all digital. For a different amount call us on +39 011 883062 (Tue–Sat 9.30am–7.30pm) or on +39 346 8470097: we will prepare a tailored gift card.
The email with the code: how it works
The gift card code is generated and sent automatically by our e-commerce system right after payment. Below is everything you need to know.
- When does the email arrive?
- Within seconds of completing payment at checkout. In rare cases of provider delays it may take a few minutes.
- From which sender?
- Sender Sensi Skinfood® from the sensiskinfood.com domain. Subject: You have received a Sensi Skinfood gift card.
- Where is it delivered?
- To the email you used at checkout. The code can then be forwarded to whoever you wish to gift, or printed.
- I cannot find the email — what should I check?
- Spam or Promotions folder of your mail client.
- That the address entered at checkout is correct (no spaces or typos).
- The Shopify order confirmation: the same email contains a direct link to the gift card.
- Can it be resent?
- Yes. Write to info@sensiskinfood.com with the order number, or call +39 011 883062: we resend it manually from our admin area.
- What exactly does the email contain?
- The unique gift card code, the amount, redemption instructions (online or at the studio) and the expiry date.
