Treatment and online booking terms

Definitions

Studio: the operating premises of Sensi Skinfood® at Via Maria Vittoria 41, 10123 Turin, Italy. Treatment: each beauty service delivered in cabin, described in the public catalogue of the Site. Client: the adult natural person who makes the booking. Deposit: the amount paid at booking to secure the service, set at € 20.00 per treatment, non-refundable under the conditions set out below.

Booking and confirmation

Bookings can be made online via the Site, by phone or in person at the Studio. Online booking requires:

1. selection of the treatment and therapist (if preferred);
2. choice of date and time among the available slots;
3. entry of personal and contact details;
4. acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy;
5. payment of the € 20.00 deposit by credit/debit card or other enabled payment methods.

The booking is considered confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of the confirmation email with the appointment details.

Deposit

The deposit is € 20.00 per booked treatment, regardless of the final service price.

The deposit amount is deducted from the total due at the end of the treatment. If the treatment costs less than the deposit, the difference is converted into credit usable on subsequent services or products within 6 months.

The deposit is non-refundable in the cases set out in the “Cancellation, change and no-show” section below.

Cancellation, change and no-show

The Client may cancel or change the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, through the “My bookings” area or by contacting the Studio on +39 011 883062.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment result in the full loss of the deposit, to cover organisational costs and the slot being unavailable to other Clients.

In the event of no-show without notice, the deposit is retained in full. New bookings may be subject to prepayment of the full amount.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late lose the right to the slot; where possible, the therapist will perform a reduced treatment within the remaining time, while still charging the full original treatment fee.

Health, contraindications and liability

At the first appointment the Client completes a consultation form declaring any conditions, allergies, ongoing pregnancy, drug therapies, recent surgery and any other circumstance relevant to safe treatment delivery.

The Client undertakes to promptly inform the Studio of any change to their health status. Failure to declare, or untrue declarations, release Sensi Italie S.r.l. from any liability for adverse reactions.

The Studio reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment if it identifies contraindications; in such cases the deposit is refunded in full or converted to credit at the Client's choice.

Minors

Treatments are reserved for adults. Services for minors are delivered only in the presence and with the prior written consent of both parents or those exercising parental responsibility.

Right of withdrawal

Under art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for personal care services whose performance has begun with the Client's agreement. For bookings not yet started, the cancellation terms above apply.

Data protection

Personal data and any health-related data provided are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), as described in the Privacy Policy. Health data is processed only with the Client's explicit consent and solely for the purpose of delivering the treatment.

Changes to these terms

Sensi Italie S.r.l. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes apply to bookings made after their publication on the Site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Turin has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning their interpretation, performance or termination, save for mandatory consumer protection provisions.
