Gift card terms of use

Issuance and denominations

Sensi Skinfood® gift cards are issued exclusively in digital form and delivered by email immediately after payment, with the unique redemption code and expiry date. No paper version is available.

They are available in the following preset denominations: € 60, € 170, € 200, € 250 and € 500. For different amounts, please contact the Studio to request a bespoke gift card.

VAT is settled at the time of purchase. No fiscal receipt is issued on redemption; the fiscal document is issued when the service is delivered or the product is collected.

Validity

Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, as shown on the voucher and in the confirmation email. After this date the gift card can no longer be used and any remaining amount is non-refundable and non-convertible.

For special promotions or extraordinary issuances, a different validity may be indicated on the gift card and will prevail over the standard one.

How to use

The gift card may be used:

• In one or more transactions, until the amount is exhausted;
• For partial payments: if the gift card amount does not cover the entire purchase, the difference may be paid using any other accepted payment method;
• By third parties: the gift card is transferable and may be used by someone other than the buyer, unless expressly issued in a named form;
• Combined with other promotions only where expressly indicated; otherwise gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts.

To redeem, present the unique code shown on the gift card to the Studio staff or enter it in the dedicated field at checkout on the online store.

Combining with additional payment

If the chosen service or product costs more than the available gift card credit, the Client may pay the difference in cash, by card or by bank transfer at the time of use.

Cash refunds of remaining credit are not available: any unused amount stays on the gift card until expiry.

Refund and right of withdrawal

Clients who purchase a gift card online may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of issue, under art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, provided the gift card has not been used, not even partially. The refund is made using the same payment method used at purchase, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

Gift cards already used, even partially, are not refundable.

Loss, theft or damage

If the gift card is lost or stolen, the Client is invited to contact the Studio promptly at info@sensiskinfood.com providing the purchase details. The gift card may be blocked and, where technically feasible, reissued for the remaining unused credit. Sensi Italie S.r.l. is not liable for any fraudulent use of the code prior to the block notice.

Resale prohibited

Gift cards may not be resold, exchanged or used for promotional or advertising purposes without prior written consent of Sensi Italie S.r.l. Breach results in cancellation of any remaining credit.
