This notice describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website www.sensiskinfood.com (the “Site”), operated by Sensi Italie S.r.l., in accordance with art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to the user's device, where they are stored and sent back to the same sites on later visits. They are used for technical authentication, session monitoring, recording user activity and remembering preferences.

Alongside cookies there are other tracking technologies (web beacons, pixels, local storage) with similar functions that, for the purposes of this notice, are treated as cookies.

Cookie categories used

1. Strictly necessary cookies — no consent required. Essential for browsing, authentication, cart persistence, booking session and language preference storage.

2. Analytics cookies — consent required. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode v2 to measure aggregate traffic and improve the Site. Data is not used for advertising profiling without separate marketing consent.

3. Marketing and profiling cookies — explicit consent required. Installed by third parties (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads) to measure campaign effectiveness, build remarketing audiences and serve personalised ads. Disabled by default; loaded only after you accept this category.

The inventory is updated when integrations change. You can re-open the consent panel any time from the footer.

Server-side measurement (Conversions API)

For Meta and Google we may also forward conversion events server-to-server (Meta Conversions API, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions). Personal data sent server-side is pseudonymised via SHA-256 hashing (email, phone, IP) before transmission, and each event carries a shared event_id so the browser pixel and the server event are deduplicated by the platform. Server-side forwarding only takes place if you have given marketing consent in the cookie banner.

Third-party cookies

Retail checkout is operated by Shopify Inc., which installs technical cookies on the sanmaurizio1619.myshopify.com domain required to complete the order. For more information see the Shopify Cookie Policy.

Map services, video embeds and social widgets, where present, may install their own cookies on page load, only after consent.
