Permanent makeup is an act of precision: pigment is placed in the most superficial layers of the skin to redefine lips and brows with discretion. At Sensi it is performed exclusively by Sultana, who takes time to study each face before the first stroke.

Pigment comes first

The value of permanent makeup depends largely on the quality of the pigment, which is also why prices vary so widely. We only use pigments compliant with the European REACH regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, with the restrictions introduced by Regulation (EU) 2020/2081 for inks applied to the skin).

• Controlled composition: strict limits on heavy metals and aromatic amines, the substances most often behind colour shifts towards grey, blue or orange.
• Sterile and single-use: packs dedicated to each client, traceable batch by batch.
• Gradual fading: over time the colour softens evenly, following the skin's own rhythms, which differ from person to person.

A three-step path

1. Analysis and design: Sultana studies proportions, symmetry, skin type and undertone, then draws the shape with you and chooses the shade.
2. First session: the pigment is applied with sterile single-use needles, following the shape you approved together.
3. Refining touch-up: after 4–6 weeks, once the skin has renewed, intensity and details are refined. It is always included in the price.

The first session takes about 150 minutes (design and application); the touch-up about 75 minutes and is scheduled in the studio with Sultana.

Techniques

Lips · definition and blush: a harmonised outline and soft colour for more even lips. €450, touch-up included.

Brows · powder brows: a soft effect, like a veil of eyeshadow, that gives structure to the arch. €450, touch-up included.

Brows · hair strokes: fine strokes that follow the direction of natural hair for a light look. €400, touch-up included.

Before and after

During the design phase, tell Sultana about any ongoing treatments, allergies or skin conditions: in some cases she may suggest postponing. Afterwards you will receive precise aftercare guidance, an essential part of a well-executed result.
