Sensi chakra emotional ritual

This is not a simple treatment but a guided emotional journey, conceived to release inner tension, awaken sensory perception and encourage a state of deep stillness.

How it unfolds

The treatment opens with a blending of essential oils, chosen to calibrate the limbic system, the centre of our emotions. It continues with dry brushing, which stimulates the lymphatic system and makes the skin receptive to the stimuli and products that follow.

Once brushing is complete, we move to a practice originating in Tibet known as the sound bath, with the Tibetan singing bowl. The bowl is made of an alloy of seven metals — gold, silver, mercury, copper, iron, tin and lead — rubbed with a wooden mallet that generates vibrations. These vibrations dissolve energy blocks, restoring the harmony of the seven chakras and encouraging relaxation and deep sleep.

When body and mind are in their deepest stillness, a profoundly relaxing massage from head to toe follows, always with two essential oils selected specifically for the person.

How it closes

It closes with an aromatic awakening, with essential oils that gradually restore presence and focus.
